W Women Empowerment Month: #YoJefa de Lucía Ugarte y mujeres líderes en Miami

En los próximos días comienza un nuevo mes de la mujer y el W Miami convocó a mujeres referentes en distintas industrias para conectar, aprender y expandir nuestra red profesional. Nuestra #ChicaGuapa Lucia Ugarte será la encargada el 8 de marzo de presentar su libro junto a empresarias invitadas y anunciará a la ganadora del Latina Seed Award 23′.

“Este mes es mucho más que celebrar a las mujeres, es empoderarse unas a otras, enriquecerse y fomentar el crecimiento”, dijo Arianna Calcaterra, directora de marketing de W Miami. «Estos eventos brindan oportunidades para que mujeres con ideas afines se reúnan y aprendan de las experiencias compartidas entre ellas. Las oradoras podrán moderar estas importantes conversaciones, así como compartir sus valiosos conocimientos y consejos sobre una amplia gama de temas.«

Women and Parenting Communication Skills

This week, Shalini Melwani, Certified Instructor of Gordon Parenting Parent Effective Training Classes, an ADHD Parent Coach and Parent Advocate, will be chatting about positive parenting communication skills.

She is responsible for teaching the Parent Effective Training classes, providing workshops and one on one support. Giving parents positive communication skills and support in bringing up their children as well as helping parents advocate through to the school system.

The presentation will be complemented by sipping on tasty cocktails and listen to key parenting insights from a female’s perspective at the rooftop terrace of W Miami’s signature restaurant, ADDiKT.
